Navoday Enterprises Ltd Closes Trading Window for Q4 2025 Ahead of Financial Results Release

Navoday Enterprises Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for the quarter ended 31st December 2025, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations and the company's Code of Conduct. The closure is due to the finalization of accounts for the quarter. The trading window will remain closed for all directors, promoters, designated persons, and any person having a contractual or fiduciary relationship with the company from 1st January 2026 until 48 hours after the announcement of the audited financial results for the quarter ended 31st December 2025. Designated persons have been advised not to trade in the company's shares during this period.
