Meghna Infracon Closes Trading Window for Q2 FY27 Results

Meghna Infracon Infrastructure Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is effective from October 01, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The board meeting to approve these results will be scheduled and communicated later.
