MIIL Group Now Expands to South Mumbai, Enters into Re-Development of Residential Project at Prabhadevi, Aims to Generate Revenue of Rs.800 Millions

Meghna Infracon Infrastructure Limited, a leading real estate company in Mumbai, has executed a Development Agreement to re-develop a residential project in Dadar/Prabhadevi, Mumbai. The development, which is estimated to generate revenue of Rs.800 millions, is part of the group's strategy to focus on the fast-growing aspirational segment of the Real Estate market. The project, which is expected to be launched in CY 2025, is located in a well-developed residential area close to Shivaji Park at Dadar and Prabhadevi Station, schools, colleges, hospitals, and shopping avenues. This new development aligns with the company's expansion strategy and helps them enter one of the growing micro markets in the city.
