Nazara increases Rusk Media stake to 7.62% with ₹14.99 Cr investment

Nazara Technologies Limited has completed the acquisition of 1,278 Pre Series C Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) of Rusk Media Private Limited. The shares were allotted to Nazara against a subscription amount of ₹14,98,99,176/-. This latest acquisition represents 1.36% of Rusk Media's share capital on a fully diluted basis. Following this transaction, Nazara's total shareholding in Rusk Media has increased to 7.62% on a fully diluted basis. This update follows a previous disclosure made on March 30, 2026.
