Nazara Technologies Acquires 35.07% Stake in Moonshine Technology for INR 608.32 Crores

Nazara Technologies Limited has informed the Exchange about the acquisition of 13,94,118 equity shares of INR 10/- each of Moonshine Technology Private Limited (MTPL), representing 35.07% of the equity share capital. This acquisition is part of the Share Purchase Agreements (SPAs) dated September 12, 2024, and involves a total consideration of INR 820.12 Crores, out of which INR 608.32 Crores has been paid in cash as the first tranche. The balance amount of INR 211.80 Crores will be discharged as per the SPAs. The closing of the SPA has been extended to January 31, 2025. MTPL has now become an Associate of Nazara Technologies.
