Nazara Technologies Acquires Absolute Sports for INR 69.17 Crores, Becoming a Wholly Owned Subsidiary

Nazara Technologies Limited has informed the Exchange about the acquisition of equity shares of Absolute Sports Private Limited. The company has acquired 18,330 equity shares, representing 8.97% of the equity share capital of Absolute, from the sellers for a total sale consideration of INR 69.17 Crores. This acquisition has increased Nazara Technologies' shareholding in Absolute from 91.03% to 100%, making Absolute a wholly owned subsidiary of Nazara Technologies.
