Nazara Technologies Acquires Additional 8.37% Stake in Subsidiary Next Wave Multimedia for INR 4,99,88,060

Nazara Technologies Limited has informed the stock exchange about the acquisition of an additional 8.37% stake in its subsidiary, Next Wave Multimedia Private Limited. The company has entered into an Addendum to the Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Nextwave and the founding shareholders, providing for the payment of INR 15,00,00,000 as balance consideration for the acquisition of the remaining 25.12% equity stake in Nextwave. The timeline for the acquisition has been extended to March 31, 2026. This acquisition increases Nazara Technologies' equity holding in Nextwave from 74.88% to 83.25%.
