Nazara Technologies Completes Acquisition of Curve Digital Entertainment Ltd for INR 247 Crores

Nazara Technologies Limited has completed the acquisition of 100% of the issued share capital of Curve Digital Entertainment Ltd (CDEL) from Catalis Limited. The total cash consideration for the acquisition is GBP 21.7 million (~INR 247 Crores), out of which GBP 19.11 million (~INR 221 Crores) has been paid with the remaining balance to be paid as per the agreement. This acquisition has resulted in CDEL becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of Nazara UK and a step-down subsidiary of the Company. Additionally, Kuju Limited, Curve Digital Publishing Limited, Runner Duck Games Limited, Fiddlesticks Games Limited, Curve Games Development One Limited, IronOak Games Inc., and Attack Games Limited, all wholly owned subsidiaries of CDEL, have also become step-down subsidiaries of Nazara UK and the Company.
