Nazara Technologies Ltd. De-subsidiarises Nodwin Gaming Through Amendment Agreement

Nazara Technologies Limited has entered into an Amendment Agreement with Nodwin Gaming Private Limited, Jetsynthesys Private Limited, Good Game Investment Trust, Akshat Rathee, and Gautam Virk. The agreement aims to amend certain rights of the Company in Nodwin, enabling de-subsidiarisation. The Company remains the largest shareholder in Nodwin post De-subsidiarisation, with Nodwin being reclassified as an associate of the Company. The agreement details are provided in Annexure A.
