Nazara Technologies: NCLT allows withdrawal of amalgamation scheme

Nazara Technologies Limited has announced that the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench, has allowed its application to withdraw the Scheme of Amalgamation. This scheme involved the amalgamation of Paper Boat Apps Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary, with Nazara Technologies Limited. The withdrawal was initially approved by the Board of Directors on May 12, 2026, due to changes in the company's restructuring plans. The NCLT's order has been made public, formally concluding the amalgamation process.
