Nazara Technologies UK to Acquire Curve Digital Entertainment Ltd for INR 247 Crores

Nazara Technologies Limited, a Mumbai-based company, announced that its UK subsidiary, Nazara Technologies UK Limited, has received in-principle approval to acquire 100% of the issued share capital of Curve Digital Entertainment Ltd (CDEL) from Catalis Limited for an aggregate consideration not exceeding GBP 21.7 million (~INR 247 Crores). CDEL is a UK-based independent video game publisher known for its strong portfolio of original IPs and high-quality experiences across various genres. The acquisition aligns with Nazara's strategic objective to expand its presence in the global PC and console gaming market, enhance its global footprint, diversify revenue streams, and support long-term growth through the development and scaling of key game franchises.
