NBCC acquires Delhi commercial tower for ₹1,374.45 Cr

NBCC (India) Ltd's Board of Directors approved the participation in an e-auction to acquire a commercial tower at Bharat Business Park, Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi. The company emerged as the highest bidder in the e-auction held on April 16, 2026. The tower, measuring approximately 279,989 sq. ft. (super built-up area), is intended for self-use, leasing, and/or investment purposes. The total estimated investment for this acquisition is approximately ₹1,374.45 crores, including duties and taxes. The payment will be made in stages, linked to construction progress, and is subject to the e-auction's terms and conditions, as well as the completion of necessary formalities and definitive agreements.
