NBCC Approves FY26 Audited Results, Recommends ₹0.46 Dividend

NBCC (India) Ltd's Board of Directors approved the audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The board has recommended a final dividend of ₹0.46 per equity share of ₹1 each (46%) for FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting.
