NBCC declares interim dividend of ₹0.15/share; sets Aug 17 record date

NBCC (India) Ltd announced its Board of Directors has approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board also declared a first interim dividend of ₹0.15 per paid-up equity share (15%) for FY 2026-27, with August 17, 2026, fixed as the record date. Additionally, the company set September 11, 2026, as the date for its 66th Annual General Meeting and August 28, 2026, as the record date for a recommended final dividend of ₹0.46 per share for FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval. The board also gave in-principle approval for a wholly-owned subsidiary for a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT).
