NBCC Files Civil Appeal Seeking Reliefs in Supertech Ltd. Projects Completion as PMC - NCLAT Orders Stayed Until 01.04.2025

NBCC (India) Limited has filed a Civil Appeal No. 2598/2025 before the Hon’ble Supreme Court seeking several reliefs in relation to its appointment as Project Management Consultant for completion of 16 projects of Supertech Ltd. The Hon’ble NCLAT orders regarding this matter have been stayed until the next date of hearing, i.e., 01.04.2025. The Resolution Professional/Interim Resolution Professional will continue to perform their duties and obligations as assigned under the IBC until the next hearing.
