NBCC (India) Limited has been awarded two works, namely Project Management Consultancy Service for Planning, Design and development for Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Mandi and Day to Day Annual maintenance work with manpower and material for Kandla Special Economic Zone (SEZ). The total worth of these works is approximately Rs. 345.04 Crore. The Project Management Consultancy work for IIT Mandi includes the construction of academic blocks, 2 BHK & 3 BHK housing and student activity centre, and other related works.
