NBCC to Execute Rs. 5,800 Crore Rajasthan Mandapam & Allied Infrastructure Project
NBCC, a leading public sector enterprise, is set to execute a massive infrastructure project worth Rs. 5,800 crore near Jaipur International Airport. The project, named Rajasthan Mandapam and Allied Infrastructure, will be developed on more than 90 acre of land and will have a total built-up area of more than 94.53 lakh sq.ft. The project includes an iconic convention centre, grand expo halls, Global Capability Centres (GCCs) & IT/ITES Office Spaces, Hotels, Retail facilities & Housing, a Natural History Museum, Riverfront public spaces, Unity Mall, and Fintech plaza. NBCC will implement the project through a self-financing model, ensuring financial sustainability while maintaining world-class standards. The project is expected to have a significant economic and social impact on the region.
