NCL Industries: Promoter Group Acquires Shares Worth ₹1.41 Cr

NCL Industries Ltd has disclosed that Kakatiya Industries Pvt Ltd and NCL Holdings (A&S) Ltd, part of the promoter group, acquired shares in the company through open market transactions on August 19-20, 2026. Kakatiya Industries Pvt Ltd acquired 635,264 shares, representing 1.40% of the total share capital. NCL Holdings (A&S) Ltd acquired 13,000 shares, increasing its total holding to 387,311 shares, or 0.85% of the total share capital. The total equity share capital of NCL Industries remains Rs. 45,23,27,900, comprising 4,52,32,790 equity shares of Rs. 10 each. This disclosure is made in compliance with SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
