GCM Capital Advisors Buys 5.54% Stake in NCL Research via Rights Issue

GCM Capital Advisors Ltd, along with its associated entities Rupasi Traders Private Limited and Blue Lagoon Trading Private Limited, has acquired a 5.54% stake in NCL Research and Financial Services Limited through a Rights Issue. The acquisition involved 8,70,00,000 shares, increasing the total holding to 8,70,30,000 shares. The transaction was completed on September 21, 2026. The total equity share capital of NCL Research and Financial Services Limited increased from approximately ₹107.03 Crore before the acquisition to ₹156.98 Crore after the acquisition.
