NDA Securities Approves Corrigendum to EGM Notice, Revises Equity Share Issue

NDA Securities Limited, in its board meeting, discussed and approved the corrigendum to the EGM notice dated 18th February, 2026. The board approved the issuance of up to 1,70,00,000 Equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each at an issue price of Rs. 37/- per Equity Share, aggregating up to Rs. 62,90,00,000/-. The relevant date for determination of the Issue Price has been revised to Friday, February 13, 2026. The board also approved changes in the list of allottees and instructed to issue a corrigendum to the EGM Notice.
