The company explained that an agenda item concerning the regularization of Ms. Isha Rastogi as a Non-Executive Independent Director was inadvertently reported as approved. Ms. Rastogi had resigned from her directorship on August 6, 2026, prior to the AGM. Due to the prior circulation of the AGM notice, the item remained on the agenda but was no longer relevant. The company has rectified this omission, stating that Ms. Rastogi ceased to be a director on August 6, 2026, and the agenda item should not be construed as her continuation or appointment.
