NDA Securities Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window

NDA Securities Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons of the company. The closure is in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, NSE circular, and the company's code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading. The trading window will remain closed from 1st April, 2026 till expiry of 48 hours after the announcement of the Audited Financial Results of the company for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting to approve the Audited Financial Results will be intimated in due course.
