NDR Auto Components Ltd: Directors Re-appointed for 3 Years

NDR Auto Components Ltd announced that its shareholders, at the 7th Annual General Meeting held on July 27, 2026, approved the re-appointment of three Whole-time Directors for a further period of three consecutive years. Mr. Pranav Relan's term extends from October 27, 2026, to October 26, 2029. Mr. Ayush Relan and Mr. Rajat Bhandari (designated as Executive Director and Company Secretary) have also been re-appointed for three-year terms, effective January 2, 2027, to January 1, 2030.
