Nectar Lifesciences to Acquire 100% Stake in Avensis Exports and Change Registrar & Share Transfer Agent

Nectar Lifesciences Limited's board of directors have approved the acquisition of 100% paid-up equity share capital of Avensis Exports Private Limited (AEPL) and the change of Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) from KFin Technologies Limited to Alankit Assignments Limited. The acquisition will help Nectar Lifesciences to enter into a Real estate business, as AEPL has exposures in land and collaborations with other real estate companies. The change of RTA is undertaken to reduce cost, enhance operational efficiency, and improve investor service experience.
