Neelamalai Agro Industries Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window

Neelamalai Agro Industries Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives, as per the Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. The closure will be effective from April 01st 2026, and the trading window will be reopened 48 hours after the announcement of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026. The date of the proposed Board Meeting will be informed later.
