Neil Industries Ltd Approves Financials and Director Re-appointments at AGM

Neil Industries Limited held its 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 26, 2026, via Video Conferencing. The members approved the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026. Additionally, Mr. Pankaj Kumar Mittal was re-appointed as a Director, having retired by rotation.
