Nelcast AGM on July 27, 2026; Recommends ₹0.70 Dividend

Nelcast Ltd. announced its 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on July 27, 2026. The Board of Directors has recommended a dividend of 35%, which is ₹0.70 per share of ₹2 paid-up, for the financial year 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. If approved, the dividend will be paid within 30 days of declaration. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from July 21, 2026, to July 27, 2026, for the AGM and dividend purposes. The record date is July 20, 2026.
