Nelcast: R. Sridharan Re-appointed, D. Sesha Reddy to Retire

Nelcast Ltd announces the re-appointment of Mr. R. Sridharan as Non-Executive Independent Director for a second term of 5 years, effective from May 23, 2027, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. A. Balasubramanian is eligible for re-appointment as Director, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. D.
