Darshik D Mehta Acquires Shares in Neo Infracon Ltd

Darshik D. Mehta, identified as part of the Promoter Group, has acquired shares in Neo Infracon Limited through open market transactions. Prior to the acquisition, Mr. Mehta held 7.39% of the total diluted share capital. After the acquisition, his holding increased slightly to 3,92,492 shares, representing the same percentage of the total equity share capital of 53,06,800 shares.
