Neogen Chemicals to Invest Upto JPY 2,00,00,000 in Wholly Owned Subsidiary Neogen Chemicals Japan Corporation Limited

Neogen Chemicals Limited, a specialty chemicals company, has approved an investment of up to JPY 2,00,00,000 in its wholly owned subsidiary, Neogen Chemicals Japan Corporation Limited (NCL Japan). The investment will be made by subscribing to the equity shares as may be issued, offered and allotted by NCL Japan, thereby acquiring 100% shareholding in NCL Japan. The investment is expected to be completed within 60 days from the date of receipt of share application money by NCL Japan from the Company.
