The company clarifies that NPHSK LLP is a step-down subsidiary, not a step-down wholly owned subsidiary. Nephrocare Health Services International Pte. Ltd. (NHSI), Singapore, a wholly owned subsidiary of Nephrocare Health Services Ltd, holds 99% of NPHSK LLP's charter capital, with the remaining 1% held by another participant. NPHSK LLP was incorporated in Kazakhstan to expand kidney care and dialysis services, with a charter capital of KZT 5,000,000 contributed in cash.
