Nephrocare Subsidiary Acquires Dialysis Assets for PhP 71.8M

Nephrocare Health Services Limited's wholly-owned subsidiary in the Philippines, Nephrocare Health Care Services, Philippines Inc., has entered into an Asset Transfer Agreement (ATA) to acquire identified assets of a dialysis center in Davao City. The transaction is valued at PhP 71,800,000 (approximately USD 1.2 million, based on current exchange rates). The acquisition aims to expand the company's presence and service offerings in the region. The seller is Juan Nephro Dialysis Center, and the transaction is not considered a related party transaction.
