Nephrocare subsidiary acquires dialysis center assets for PhP 32.64 Mn

Nephrocare Health Services Ltd announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary in the Philippines, Nephrocare Health Care Services, Philippines Inc., has acquired identified assets related to a dialysis center. The acquisition was made through an Asset Transfer Agreement with Amica Healthcare System Corporation for a total consideration of PhP 32,640,000. This strategic move expands the company's presence in the Philippines healthcare market.
