NESCO LTD. to Receive Final Amended Commencement Certificate for Hall No. 6, Enhancing Operations

NESCO LTD. has announced that it is expecting to receive the final amended commencement certificate (CC) for Hall No. 6 located at Nesco Center, Western Express Highway, Goregaon East, Mumbai 400063. This new hall, with a built-up area of approx. 39,000 sq. meters, will be a state-of-the-art purpose-built facility for holding exhibitions and events. It will add to the company's ongoing efforts to enhance its operations across events, exhibitions, and hospitality businesses. The hall comprises of approx. 13,400 sq. meters air-conditioned area, basement for parking over 450 vehicles, pre-function lobby area, food court, restaurants and related amenities. With this addition, the Company now has a total of 6 halls for exhibitions, events and conferences providing over 67,500 sq. meters of airconditioned space, being India’s largest exhibition venue in the private sector. The company is conducting trials to assess any necessary adjustments to the facility before fully launching its operations, pending the expected receipt of the CC and Occupation Certificate (OC).
