The Appellate Authority partially allowed the company's appeal, confirming a reduced tax liability of ₹1,29,69,981, along with applicable interest and a reduced penalty of ₹12,96,998. The company stated that this order has no material impact on its financials or operations and plans to explore options to challenge the decision.
