Nestle India Declares Special Dividend 2026 of ₹2 per share

Nestle India Ltd announced a Special Dividend 2026 of ₹2 per equity share, payable from July 30, 2026. This dividend will be paid along with the final dividend for FY 2025-26, subject to member approval at the 67th AGM. The special dividend will be funded from a reclassified amount of ₹7,410.1 million from retained earnings, which was part of a scheme sanctioned by NCLT. The record date for determining eligible shareholders is July 10, 2026. The Board of Directors approved this declaration during a meeting held today.
