Nestle India Declares Special Dividend of ₹2 Per Share

Nestle India's Board of Directors has announced a Special Dividend 2026 of ₹2 per equity share. This dividend will be paid out of retained earnings, specifically from a reclassified amount of ₹7,410.1 million from General Reserve, following a Scheme of Arrangement sanctioned by the NCLT. The dividend is scheduled to be paid from July 30, 2026, along with the final dividend for FY 2025-26, subject to member approval at the upcoming AGM on July 3, 2026. The record date for determining eligible shareholders is July 10, 2026.
