Nestle India Declares Special Dividend of ₹2 Per Share

Nestle India Ltd's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on July 3, 2026, declared a Special Dividend 2026 of ₹2 per equity share. This dividend, amounting to ₹2 per share on 1,928,314,320 equity shares, will be paid out of retained earnings. The dividend is funded by the balance reclassified amount of ₹7,410.1 million from a Scheme of Arrangement sanctioned by NCLT. The payment is scheduled for July 30, 2026, subject to member approval at the 67th AGM held on the same day. The record date for determining eligible shareholders is July 10, 2026.
