Nestle India Ltd has received an Adjudication Order from the Principal Commissioner of Customs, Mundra Port, demanding customs duty of ₹11,10,59,061 along with applicable interest, a redemption fine of ₹25,00,000, and a penalty of ₹50,00,000. The total amount demanded is approximately ₹11.85 crore plus interest. The company stated that there is no material impact on its financials or operations and intends to explore options to challenge the order. The order was received on August 25, 2026.
