Net Pix Shorts: Board Approves Director Appointments & Share Transfer

Net Pix Shorts Digital Media Ltd announced outcomes of its board meeting held on July 14, 2026. The board approved the appointment of Mr. Ritesh Tiwari as Executive Director (Chairman & Managing Director) and Ms. Alka Tiwari as Executive Director (Whole Time Director), subject to shareholder approval. The resignation of Ms. Nazish Furniturewala as Executive Director & CFO was accepted. The board also noted the transfer of 23,00,000 equity shares (71.87% stake) from Mr. Danish Zakaria Aghadi to Mr. Ritesh Tiwari and Ms. Alka Tiwari. Consequently, Mr. Tiwari and Ms. Tiwari will be classified as Promoters, while Mr. Aghadi will be reclassified into the public category, pending regulatory approvals.
