Net Pix Shorts Digital Media: Not Applicable for Related Party Disclosure

Net Pix Shorts Digital Media Ltd has informed the exchange that Regulation 23(9) of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015, regarding disclosure of related party transactions, is not applicable to the company. This is due to the company being listed on the SME Platform of the Bombay Stock Exchange. Consequently, the company is not required to submit the "Disclosure on Related Party Transactions" for the quarter ended September 30, 2026. This exemption is in accordance with Regulation 15(2)(b) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, which exempts entities listed on SME platforms from certain corporate governance provisions.
