Netweb Technologies Approves Unaudited Financial Statements for Q1 FY27

Netweb Technologies India Ltd announced the approval of its interim condensed unaudited financial statements for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The statements were prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards and approved by the Board of Directors on August 17, 2026. The review report by SS Kothari Mehta & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, confirms that nothing came to their attention to suggest the statements were not prepared in accordance with Ind AS 34. These financials are intended for use in connection with the proposed issuance of Equity Shares.
