Network 18: NCLT Sanctions Amalgamation of News18 Marathi with Parent

Network 18 Media & Investments Ltd announced that the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench, has sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation of its wholly-owned subsidiary, News18 Marathi Private Limited, with the Company. This sanction follows a previous disclosure made on March 25, 2026. The amalgamation will become effective once all conditions precedent stipulated in the Scheme are fulfilled.
