Neueon Corp to Sell Telangana Undertaking to Aparna Enterprises

Neueon Corporation Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved the sale or disposal of the company's entire undertaking located in Telangana. The decision was made at a board meeting held on October 22, 2026. The company had previously proposed this sale on July 15, 2025, with shareholder approval obtained at the 18th AGM on August 19, 2025. Aparna Enterprises Limited has been identified as the buyer, and the transaction is not expected to have an adverse impact on Neueon Corporation.
