New Light Industries Ltd, formerly known as New Light Apparels Limited, has announced the closure of its trading window for insiders, designated persons, and their immediate relatives. The closure will take effect from Wednesday, 01 April, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited standalone financial results for the quarter ending on 31 March, 2026. This decision is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Company's Policy on Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring & Reporting of Trades and Prevention of Insider Trading. Insiders, designated persons, and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities/shares of the Company during this period.
