New Markets Avenue Appoints Himanshu Khatri as Independent Director

New Markets Avenue Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Himanshu Khatri as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of five years. Mr. Khatri holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and is a Semi-Qualified Company Secretary with expertise in accounts, administration, and finance. He is not related to any existing directors and has not been debarred from holding a director's office. Additionally, M/s. Ramesh Chandra Bagdi & Associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years.
