New Swan Multitech Sets Sept 23 Record Date for AGM E-Voting & Dividend

New Swan Multitech Limited has announced that the Board has fixed Wednesday, September 23rd, 2026, as the Record Date for E-Voting and Remote E-Voting purposes related to the 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 25th to September 30th, 2026. The AGM is scheduled for September 30th, 2026. The Record Date will also determine eligibility for a potential Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2025-2026, which if declared, will be paid within 30 days of AGM approval. This action is in compliance with SEBI regulations and the Companies Act.
