Newgen Software: EVP Global Business Strategy & HR Retires

Newgen Software Technologies Ltd announced the retirement of Mr. Surender Jeet Raj, Executive Vice President of Global Business Strategy and HR, who also served as a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP). His retirement is effective from the close of business hours on October 12, 2026. The cessation is due to superannuation, and therefore, a resignation letter is not applicable. This disclosure is made in accordance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
