Newgen Software Technologies Limited has received a purchase order from a customer for the License, implementation and maintenance of the LOS, Account Opening and DMS. The aggregate value of the order is INR 17.51 Cr. This transaction does not fall within the definition of a related party transaction as specified under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. The order is to be executed by March 2025.
