Newgen Software Technologies Ltd Secures RM 6,465,400.80 Enterprise Content Management System Contract

Newgen Software Technologies Pte. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Newgen Software Technologies Limited, has accepted a Letter of Award (LOA) from a leading bank in Malaysia for an Enterprise Content Management System (ECM). The aggregate value of the award is RM 6,465,400.80 (Ringgit Malaysia Six Million Four Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand Four Hundred and Sen Eighty Only). The contract involves end-to-end project management services and is to be executed over a period of 5 years. The transaction does not fall under the definition of a related party transaction as per the Companies Act, 2013.
